Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.

Process:

1. Log your return by emailing us at sales@vye.co.za with your order number and your preference for a refund or exchange.
2. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.
3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly issue your refund or send out the exchanged item.

*Certain sales or promotions may carry specific T&Cs, which will take precedence over the standard T&Cs.

*We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the product is not in a condition suitable for resale.
