Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.

Process:

  1. Log your return by emailing us at info@vye.co.za with your order number and your preference for a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Shipping
    To return your product, you should courier your product to: Vye, Unit 3a, 21 12th Avenue, Kensington, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7405, South Africa.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly issue your refund or send out the exchanged item.

*Certain sales or promotions may carry specific T&Cs, which will take precedence over the standard T&Cs.

*We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the product is not in a condition suitable for resale.
