What are the lead times?
The delivery time is 4-6 weeks from artwork approval, depending on the size of the order

Do you offer samples for fit?
Yes, after you have paid a deposit we will happily send samples to make sure you get the right fit for you and your team.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ's)
Our MOQ's are 5 units per item.
How does the design process work?
Once you have chosen your items, accepted our quote and paid deposit, the design process can begin.
Send us your brief, how you envision your garments looking, including inspiration references and logos, and our designers will put together a mock up of your garments. You are entitled to two revisions and then we can either make you a full sample if your order exceeds 25 units, or a 'mini' printout of your design on the relevant fabric. Once the artwork is approved, we will proceed with production.
You may pay for a full sample if you require one.
Can you make me a sample before the bulk order?
For orders over 25 units we will make a full pre-production sample for your approval. For orders under 25, we send a 'mini' printout of what your design and colours will look like on actual fabric.
Do you offer discounts on bigger orders?
Our pricing is tiered according to the number of units, meaning that the larger the order, the lower the price per unit.
