THE PROCESS

TAKE YOUR PICK

Browse through our catalogue and select your desired garments. Feel free to contact us at sales@vye.co.za for any guidance and/or assistance.

QUOTATION

Request a quote by sending an email to sales@vye.co.za, let us know how many of each garment you would like, quantities and sizes are provisional at this stage. Include all the necessary invoicing details and VAT number where applicable. We will use this information to generate a quote.

DEPOSIT

Once you have approved the quote based on your estimated requirements, a 50% deposit is payable. No design work will commence until the deposit is received.

CREATING YOU OWN DESIGN

Based on your design brief and inspiration references, our team of designers will put together “mock-ups” (2D images) of your garments. You are entitled to 2 revisions to the artwork, thereafter a fee will be charged for further revisions.

DESIGN APPROVAL & SAMPLING

Once you have approved your design, we will make a full production sample to the size of your choice. Use this sample to confirm your final order.

SAMPLE APPROVAL & CONFIRMATION

Once you have approved the sample, send us your final order. Revisions to the sample will be made at this stage,

PAYMENT AND DISPATCH

As we near completion of the order, we will call for balance of payment. Once the order is complete and payment is received your order will be dispatched.
